UCAS Application Support
UCAS application help
Our educational consultants can help you prepare for your UCAS application, supporting you in understanding UCAS deadlines and when and how to apply to university in the UK through UCAS. The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service in the UK (UCAS) provides a number of services, including their main UCAS Undergraduate application service. UCAS is the centralised system for undergraduate admissions in the UK, and allows a student to apply to five universities through one centralised application.
Uni Direct provides UCAS help and advice on UCAS deadlines, helping you understand UCAS deadlines for the next academic year. We have outlined below how we can help you apply to study in the UK through our university application support service as a registered UCAS centre.
Once we have helped you decide what degree course you want to study, we will support you by undertaking research to identify a range of suitable universities that offer that course, looking at options that match your likely academic attainment at school. We can then support you in applying to university in the UK through the centralised UCAS system. As a registered UCAS centre, Uni Direct can ensure you complete your application correctly and thoroughly. We can advise you of UCAS deadlines to give you the highest chance of success. We will also help you prepare an excellent personal statement to make your application stand-out.
Once you have received your offers, we will advise you on selecting a firm and insurance offer through UCAS (first offer, and back-up offer). We can also advise on the type of university you would like to study at, reviewing options to study in London, or at other universities.
To prepare for entry to top universities in the UK, applicants should start considering their options and planning well in advance. UCAS deadlines are strict and require a strong personal statement that demonstrates the breadth of your skills gained at school, work, and voluntary placements. The UCAS deadline for most courses is 15th January. However, applicants for Oxford and Cambridge or those applying for medical/dentistry/veterinary science courses, need to apply by 15th October. Some art and design courses have deadlines at the end of March.
