Study cost in Spain

Tuition fees at university in Spain are subsidised by the Spanish government. Keeping them considerably lower than those in the USA, Australia and the UK. Students studying in spain can expect to pay between £400 and £1,000 per year depending on the course and location. The cost of accommodation and consumer goods are generally lower than other European countries. So study in Spain can also offer students a lower cost of living. For example a 1 bedroom flat for example would cost between £250 to £350 per month. Some students take accommodation on campus or with a local family homestay to reduce rental costs even further.

After graduation

Unemployment figures in Spain are dropping but still remain relatively high. However, there are numerous graduate employment programmes available for those that wish to stay in the country. Most of these can be found in the major Cities of Barcelona and Madrid. For example, Esade University which has campuses in both Barcelona and Madrid.
