What can Japan offer students

There are approximately 780 Universities, 80 % of these are private along with specialist schools and colleges, 41 of these rank amoungst the world’s best. Japan offers a range of options for students wishing to study either at undergraduate, masters or post-doctoral degree level. In more recent years, the Japanese government has made a commitment to boosting the numbers of international students studying in the country and as a result of this Japanese Universities have become focused on increasing the proportion of entirely English taught programmes.


Studying in Tokyo

In Tokyo, students can take advantage of living in one of the most advanced cities in the world whilst enjoying a culture steeped in history and tradition. It offers some of the best public transport systems and is also considered one of the safest cities in the world. Alongside this, a number of universities offer flexibility in enrollment, transferable credits and foundation courses. There are opportunity to live and study in the very heart of the city or further outside the city but with easy access to the center.
